When a major criminal godfather in Dublin is scheduled for Heart Surgery in a luxurious Private Hospital under the National Treatment Purchase fund, a public outcry follows. However a rival gang boss plans on taking full advantage of the situation. Robbie Valentine, a member of the operating team is blackmailed into sabotaging the surgery.
